This guide covers how to access and exit cPanel to manage your website. There are two ways in: through the UKNode Client Portal, or directly via the cPanel URL.
Method 1: access cPanel through the UKNode Client Portal
- Log in to the Client Portal at https://my.uknode.co.uk.
- Select "Hosting & Servers" from the Products & Services sidebar.
- Shared hosting: click "Login to Control Panel".
- Reseller hosting: click "Login to Control Panel", then in WebHost Manager go to Account Information → List Accounts and click the cPanel icon.
- VPS/dedicated: click "Login", open WebHost Manager and follow the same account navigation.
Method 2: direct cPanel access
- Navigate to https://www.example.com:2083 (HTTPS recommended) or http://www.example.com:2082.
- Alternatives: http://cpanel.example.com or http://www.example.com/cpanel.
- Enter your cPanel username and password, then click "Log in".
Logging out of cPanel
Always log out when finished to prevent a session being exploited. Click the user menu in the top-right corner and select "Log Out".
